Hatred is an energy to avoid, people who wear it are very annoyed!

That feeling you felt in your gut

The one that sent you into a rut

Those words you thought were projected at you

Are you sure your thoughts are true?

Even if your thoughts are true

It has nothing to do with you

That they projected their hate and looked bitter

Decided to post it all across twitter

Step away from others peoples rage

Leave them to rattle in their cage

People only see what they want

Back away, you’re not part of this hunt

Remember to ground, keep your energy bright

Do not get pulled in to this fight

If people spout hatred and spite

Who are you to judge if it’s right

Your energy is precious and strong

Don’t waste it on that what feels wrong

Do not give any part of you away

No matter what they think or say

I know it hurts my dear

Get used to it, people projecting fear

Keep your focus on you

This will help you through

When people fire a poisonous dart

Know there is an imbalance in the heart

Because tearing other people down

Makes you look like a bit of a clown
